Ancaster Rotary supports a number of local charities in February.
The Rotary Club of Ancaster AM continued it's support of local charities in February. Through it's Community Service Committee led by Tracy McMurter the club identified a number of organizations that needed assistance. The Cancer Assistance Program was provided a $1,000 to provide equipment to cancer patients. Interval House received $500 for it's Steps to Safety campaign. Fight4Freedom received $1000 for it's work helping individuals caught up in human trafficking. The Hamilton Food Drive received a $1,000. Finally, the Rotary Club continued the Murray Ferguson Bursary of $1,500 to support a Mohawk College student.
All of these donations were made possible by the support of the Ancaster community.
